Dr. Irma Paramita Sofia, S.E., Ak., M.Ak., CA. completed her Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Brawijaya, then earned a Master of Accounting from Universitas Indonesia, and a Doctor of Accounting from Trisakti University. She has served as the Head of Accounting Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya since June 2021.

Before her academic career, Irma had experience as a consultant at Ernst & Young (Big 4) Public Accounting Firm, with assignments in internal audit, risk control, business process management, as well as control testing and end-user computing systems.

Her research focuses on green accounting, intellectual capital, and management accounting, emphasizing the social aspects and environmental sustainability. Irma has published scientific papers in various international reputable journals, including the International Journal of Professional Business Review, International Journal of Business, Economics and Law, and the South East Asia Journal of Contemporary Business, and contributed to the book Urban Development and Lifestyle (Nova Science Publishers).

Novy Puspitasari is a lecturer at the Accounting Study Program of Pembangunan Jaya University. She completed her Bachelor of Accounting at Trisakti University, Master of Finance at Gadjah Mada University, and earned her Doctor of Accounting degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia.

Prior to joining UPJ, Novy served as the Head of Accounting Program at PPM Manajemen. Her research interests include financial accounting, auditing, fraud, and management accounting. She has published various scientific papers in national and international forums and journals, including on the topics of PSAK 72, fraud detection, and internal auditor effectiveness in the context of big data.

Novy is also active as an international journal reviewer and has professional certifications as a Certified Corporate Forensic Auditor (CCFA) and Assessor Profession from the National Professional Certification Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.

Dr. Arry Eksandy, S.E., M.Ak. is a lecturer in the Accounting Study Program of Universitas Pembangunan Jaya who focuses on research in the fields of corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and sustainability. He earned his Doctorate in Accounting from Trisakti University in 2022, after completing his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the same field.

Before joining UPJ, Arry was the Vice Dean for Finance and Personnel at a private university in Tangerang. His work in the academic field is reflected in his contributions to a number of scientific publications, including in reputable journals such as the International Journal of Social Science and Business (IJSSB) and the International Journal of Economic, Business, Accounting, Agriculture Management and Sharia Administration (IJEBAS). Among others, the publication titled "Good Corporate Governance: Three Ways of Moderating Infrastructure Companies Should Be Aware“ (IJSSB, 2024) and ”What Are The Important Factors To Improving Economic Performance?" (IJEBAS, 2024) are highlights in the field of corporate governance and economic performance.

Arry is also active as a reviewer in various national journals and serves as editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Accounting, Management, Economics and Social Sciences, emphasizing his role in the development of accounting and management science at the national and international levels.

Fitriyah Nurhidayah, S.E., M.Si. is a lecturer in the Accounting Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya with research interests in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Management Accounting. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctor of Accounting studies at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Previously, she has taught at various universities in Jakarta.

Fitriyah earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from Trisakti University. She has contributed to several international publications, including the International Journal of Business, Economics and Law and the book Urban Development and Lifestyle, published by Nova Science Publishers. Her diverse academic experience and research focus on the SME sector make Fitriyah instrumental in bridging accounting theory with practice in the small and medium-scale business sector.

Farhan Ady Pratama, S.E., M.Ak. is a lecturer in the Accounting Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's of Accounting degrees from Trisakti University. Before joining the academic world, Farhan worked for 4.5 years as an accountant in a manufacturing company and was a teaching assistant at his alma mater.

Farhan's research interests include Financial Accounting, Sustainable Accounting, Good Corporate Governance, and Risk Management. He actively publishes scientific papers, including in iCARE 2023, KIA 9 and 10, SAME 6, EBIC UNPAM, and community service activities through Accurate accounting software training in vocational schools.

Farhan Fadil Ghifari, M.Ak. is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees focusing on accounting. Previously, Fadil had experience as a Tax Leader in an oil company in Timika and as a Principal Tax Expert of PT Sucofindo in the Ministry of Investment, handling investment realization projects in Eastern Indonesia.

He now actively teaches taxation courses and serves as a tax advisor in the private sector. His research interests include tax compliance, e-filing, and transfer pricing. Some of his works are published in national and international journals, including in Central Asia & the Caucasus Journal.
